Spent the weekend in the the Two Trees Treehouse with my husband.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. It is close to home, but still give the bush vibe we need. We saw multiple animals on the walking trail around the property.

We will be back for another big city break away in the future!

Loved the quietness. We managed to see alot of birdlife despite it being winter and the area being dry. Our hosts were fantastic, yet mindful of our need for rest an privacy. I so want to go back in summer. A truly beautiful place to rest. Exactly what we needed.

Such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view! Most relaxing atmosphere to be in, with the cutest treehouse to stay in!

Hierdie is die perfekte plekkie om net jou batterye te herlaai en weg te kom van die stad se gejaag. En dit is presies wat ons gedoen het. Die rustigheid en vrede het ons oorval. Die nag geluide was soos musiek in ons ore en die sterre hemel soos ‘n warm kombers in die winter.

Baie dankie vir die absolute gasvryheid, David en Annelee. Die chalet was perfek, skoon en met alles toegerus wat jy sou benodig om jou verblyf gemaklik en rustig te laat verloop. Ons sien jul defnitief weer!!!

We loved this experience for our 34th anniversary. We wanted something totally different. Loved the house! Very clean. Awesome hosts. Loved the peace and quiet and the sound of nature!

We loved the treehouse experience! From the attention to detail to the small personal touches, everything was perfect! Annelee and David were great hosts.

OH WOW, Piece of Africa is more like piece of heaven. Everything was perfect! So quiet and peaceful- my soul rested!

Ons het ‘n ongelooflike lekker naweek gehad. Die huisie is so mooi toegerus en ideall vir ontspan en rus. Ons sal weer ‘n draai maak.

Amazing stay in the bush after a short trip out of JHB. Woke with wildebeest roaming around the tree house in the morning and great views 🙂 Will go back!

The peaceful surroundings, the slow pace and the relaxing atmosphere is just what we needed to recharge and spend quality time together. We loved our accommodation which was comfortable, very clean and the furniture and decor enhancing the feeling of really being in the bush. Sunsets and clear starry skies with a cosy fire set the mood for staying up late and listening to the jackal calling. Thank you Annelee and David for sharing such a special place and for making us feel so welcome. The perfect place for couples to reconnect with each other.

Baie goed geleë in die bos, stil en rustig soos ‘n naweekwegbreek moet wees. Sal dit kan aanbeveel vir ‘n paartjie om weg te breek. Wonderlike huisie in die bosveld.

We stayed for 2 nights and we loved the attention to detail. Everything we needed was available, from a dish for fruit, a two-prong plug, and small hooks to hang items in the bedroom…. it was all there…. Mostly, we loved the peace and quiet! We saw the stars at night. In the day, we walked along the road and came to within a few metres of the wild animals relaxing in the shade of a tree. It was magical. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you for your kind hospitality on this most beautiful piece of Africa!

We spent three nights in Two Trees Treehouse, and it was amazing.  Thank you David and Annelee for your hospitality.  Being received by such wonderful people makes your stay even more memorable.  Thank you for making our Wedding Anniversary weekend unforgettable. A perfect quiet little hideaway to get away from the city and relax. After our weekend there we felt like we had courage to face the world again after the upside down year everybody has had so far. We will definitely be back. 

Rustig, Pragtig, Gemaklik, Goed vir jou siel, Skoon, Netjies… alles wat mens in ñ naweek weg soek…Ons het ons verblyf in 5 Pebbles baie geniet..Dankie vir die gemaklike atmosfeer wat julle skep… ons sien uit vir ons volgende besoek.

A very cozy and quiet space. Amazing especially if you want to get away from the city and relax. Had an amazing time and know where to come back to, the next time I need to getaway.

Now where do I start. What an amazing weekend I had. Thank you David and Annelee for the warm hospitality that I received, you are the most amazing people that I’ve met in a very long time. The cottage was so neat and clean and the view I had was breathtaking. I loved the animals specially the little baby Blesbok. Please keep up the amazing work you do and I will see you soon. Love! Baie netjies en eienaars baie vriendelik en ‘n rustige plekkie in die bos!  Baie dankie aan David en Annelee vir die geleentheid om die rustige natuurskoon te kon geniet. Dankie ook vir jul gasvryheid. Ek en my dogter was baie bevoorreg om twee keer kameelperde te sien, ongeveer 50 m van die huisie af. Die huisie was baie netjies en skoon. Sal dit aanbeveel vir enige een wat net ‘n breuk wil vat van die gejaag van die stad. Sal die Five Pebbles beslis aanbeveel.

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. It’s a perfect get away from the city life. Everything is so well thought out.

The peace and tranquility was absolutely amazing! Food for the soul. Attention to detail and thoughtfulness from Annelee and David just made our stay that much better. Thank you to you both! We will definitely be back 🙂
