- To secure a booking a deposit (as per booking information sent via e-mail) is to be paid via EFT. The rest on or before arrival via EFT or cash. No card facilities available.
- Self catering chalet and treehouse accommodates a maximum of 2 persons – No capacity for extra beds/ Sleeping on couches not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking in or near the entrances of the chalet not allowed.
- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
- If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
